Perfect location for our family. The kids loved being steps from the sand and we loved having a clean place to stay.

Perfect place for a family of 4 that want to be on the beach. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping is ideal for a vacation spot.

Perfect stay! Wish we could’ve spent another week. This condo has everything you need, is meticulously clean, and in a great location. Hosts are amazing and very communicative!

Dandan’s place was in the perfect location with the best view. The beach access was amazing and we loved watching the sunset over the water every evening. It’s centrally located and just about a 7 minute drive to Downtown Traverse City and within 15 minutes to most of the wineries. We can’t wait to come back when the weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the beach more. Thanks Dandan!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was better than expected and the host put a lot of thought into the set up. It’s a convenient location with easy access to the beach and not far from town. She anticipated our every need and was a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo is absolutely stunning. We walked in and were thrilled. The entire end of the unit is windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. You are literally one the waters edge. There were light waves rolling in and the view was breathtaking. The decorations and furnishings were so perfect. Every detail was carefully thought through. There was everything that we needed and more. We can't say enough about the beauty of the condo. The weather was cool so were not able to use the property hot tub or pool. To be honest we really did not check it out. If you have a bike the Tart trail is easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location.

Exactly as advertised! You’re right on the lakefront and there’s a pool and hot tub within the condos. The parking is excellent. The pullout is a air mattress but just as comfortable. Perfect place to chill and relax while being close enough to downtown and vineyards. Loved it and would stay here again :)

Check in was easy and communication with the host was quick and efficient! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the view!

Host and the condo was great just very very way overpriced. Didn’t realize the lack of privacy and size of the place. It’s just an old hotel remodeled into condos. Would’ve much rather paid a tenth of what we paid for a hotel downtown. Other than no complaints just felt ripped off. Thanks for the stay though

unfortunately only stayed for one night but it was perfect . We will be back. Clean and cozy . The view is memorizing . Perfect for sunsets and sunrises ! The hot tub is closed for a season . wished they kept that open for chilly nights. Location is a 10 min ride to the city or to wineries.

The gorgeous pictures were real and we really enjoyed the stay there. Hosts here are very responsible and supportive. The information on sightseeing spots around Traverse city provided by hosts was also useful for organizing travel itinerary. I really recommend this place.

Beautiful home with a great view. Everything was provided that we needed or wanted. Easy access to all that we wanted do. We will be booking another stay in the near future.

Being able to walk right onto the beach was very nice with small children. Living room is spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook plus lots of extra toiletries. It’s an easy drive to town. It was cold and rainy while we were there, but would have used boat rental next door if it was warmer. Host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! We brought our 2 year old and the condo had a high chair and pack n play so that was very nice to not have to bring our own! It was also a perfect location to be right on the beach! The porch was quaint and felt private, and there were lots of beach chairs on the beach! Super clean, decorated very cute, and the bed was very comfortable!

Perfect home for a week away with my husband and two young children (1 and 3 years old). The ability to be on sand within a handful of steps out of the door was so great, especially with young kids. The beach was relatively quiet and the water is calm and not too deep. Downtown is only a couple of minutes away but it was nice to feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, especially since we stayed during the cherry festival. Dandan was extremely helpful. We especially appreciated the custom guidebook and the luxury toiletries. This place is stocked well- no need to bring shampoos, body wash, hand soap, dish sponges, beach towels, etc. We also used Stocked, as recommended by Dandan upon reservation and it was so helpful to have all of our groceries purchased and put away upon our arrival (they even put our drinks in the fridge to start cooling). The condo building was quiet and pool was always clean. We never felt like things were too crowded- there was always plenty of room for us.

We stayed one night on our way through and appreciated the pool and beach access.

This was one of the best stocked kitchens and bathroom! View is very nice. Note it’s on a main road so it is not the most quietest place out there. Host responds fast, we ran into an issue but the host resolved it very quickly.

Wonderful time at the beach condo. Beautiful view of Grand Traverse Bay (we were right on the doorstep of the water!). Clean and nicely decorated. Large bathroom with soaking tub and the king bed was super comfortable! We loved the close location to the TART bike trail. Perfect spot for a couple looking for a get-away. Super-responsive host. Would love to stay again.

Loved it so much and will definitely be back. Beautiful, super clean, newly renovated, main floor condo with the most gorgeous view of the ocean where you can step right out onto the beach. Even though the weather was cloudy we loved the views and our kiddo played in the sand all day. There are a few great restaurants and a coffee shop right across the street, boat rentals right beside the condo and it’s only 10min from the Main Street, so it’s the perfect location. Management was super responsive and provided great local tips. We had the best time, and can’t wait to book our next stay.

Dandan was a fantastic host and super responsive. She gave clear directions and I could not asked for more. She was also very flexible. The place was clean and our stay was enjoyable with my wife and two toddlers. The condo even had a pack and play and noise machine which both came in handy. The facility has a little bit of a rustic feel. But it was a fantastic get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dandan’s Beach Condo. Check in was easy and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a short getaway. Nice big bathroom and we LOVED the bed! Fun location on the beach with beautiful view and great that we could just walk across the street to rent bikes at Einstein Cycles. Good beach, great for wading. We hope to return!

We had an awesome trip to Traverse City, MI. The place and location was great. Coffee shop across the street is convenient and delicious. The view of the lake from the living area is beautiful. Place was clean, easy check in and checkout with few chores needed upon checkout. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Dandan’s place. The beach really is right outside the door! The place was comfortable and clean. A lot of things to do in that area of Michigan. Highly recommend.

Place was great, weather was cooperative with us but the place was good. Everything needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Furnace worked well. Couch is rather uncomfortable however I will say if I was there in summer it would not matter as we would be on the beach which is literally 10 feet from patio door. Bathrooms stocked in case you forgot stuff. It truly was the cleanest place Ive ever stayed.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Traverse City, Michigan. Very clean and comfortable condo. Well-stocked with almost anything you might need. Beautiful bay views. We enjoyed our long weekend. Very quiet even though it's located right on Hwy 31. The bedroom windows open onto the common outdoor corridor, including the elevators, and those bright lights stay on all night. The light does come in around the blinds, so if you're light sensitive you may need to figure something out. We just borrowed a sheet and draped it over the windows to cut down on the light. We enjoyed the electric fireplace every night, it added a nice atmosphere to our December visit.

Our stay was perfect in every way! The condo was immaculate and professionally decorated. Our deck opened right out on the Lake shore. The hosts thought of absolutely everything!!! My husband enjoyed reading the books on the deck and I enjoyed putting together the puzzle. The fireplace was handy on cool days. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. Great place to stay!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Air BnBs and this is easily one of the top ones. The inside was BEAUTIFUL. It might even look better than the pictures. It’s also right on the water. Literally the bay is the backyard! The location is great. Close enough to TC but also far enough for a little escape. Lastly the host was super friendly and responsive! I’m already checking the calendar to see when I can come back!

This Condo was so beautiful. The view was amazing. Our host was so polite and helpful. The best part is actually walking out onto the beach to the water… So close a few ducks sat on the deck lol. Will be booking again I’m still in shock!

This is a beautiful place to stay with a stunning view of the lake and is conveniently not far from downtown Traverse City! Dandan was very responsive and kind throughout this time. She was a fantastic host! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely worth recommending and would come back with no hesitation!

Perfect location, very close to the water.

Great location, sub par rental Positive: The jacuzzi tub was massive. The unit was first floor with direct beach access. Negative: The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The jets on the jacuzzi tub didn't work. The owner had a book of expectations for us, like emptying garbage cans, replacing bedding, etc. For 500/night, I should not be forced to be housekeeping and all of the amenities should be functional.

Our stay at Dandan’s place was fantastic. The condo is exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. The view of the lake is stunning, and the home comes equipped with everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. We were blown away by the comfort of the fire place, the size of the unit, and the ease in which we could park just out front. We loved our stay and it was made even better by the ability to stock up our fridge ahead of time and had groceries waiting for us upon arrival already in our fridge! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much!!

An overall nice & relaxing stay - close to the city with the ability to disconnect and enjoy the bay. The space is aesthetic pleasing and well put together; presenting a calm and welcoming environment. Dandan provides many of the commonly overlooked (or "forgot to pack") toiletries, along with some amenities which one may not typically consider while traveling, such as: an iHome, white noise machine, and an umbrella. These extras were a much appreciated thoughtful touch to the space. If you are a light sleeper, you will find yourself awakened by upstairs tenants, exterior doors being firmly shut, and suitcases being dragged across the deck board breezeway.

We absolutely loved the TC condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. My hostess was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was on a beautiful private beach but still within close driving distance to downtown.

The apartment is beautiful and looks recently renovated - being on the first floor with a patio and being able to walk right out on the beach is wonderful in Traverse City. It's very walkable to beach amenities if you want to rent power boats or SUP, kayaks etc. and having a pool/hot tub was also great. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It was really nice that they provided beach towels as not every place does that. In addition, it's clear they want you to be comfortable - some Air BnBs barely provide toilet paper - here they really left it stocked with the basics - even coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom necessities, etc. We had one issue upon arrival and even though I messaged at 9:30 at night, someone responded to me right away and went above and beyond in fixing it. Great host, would def stay here again

We booked our stay as a convenience for our grandchildren as we watched while parents attended a wedding. Perfect location on the beach with first floor access, easy to find. Pool located out front and was warm and clean. Beach one step away from back door was large and walkable. Baby crib came in handy and a tub to wash the grandkids. Restaurant access the street, ice cream short walk, Walgreens.25 miles down the road. They offered groceries to be in the fridge, but we opted to stop at Walmart on the way into town. The sunsets were beautiful and the memories were awesome.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Lovely on the inside, with all the amenities we could need, but even more importantly for us, INCREDIBLY convenient as you can just step onto the beach from your living room. With two little ones this made our vacation so efficient and comfortable. The beach has complimentary chairs as well as a boat rental company. The pool is right next to the condo as well. Food/coffee across the street was great, and the nearby trail was very enjoyable. If we come back to the area this is certainly where we want to stay again!

Traverse City is a beautiful place to stay! The condo was decorated cute and sitting on the little deck that overlooked the water was relaxing!

Fantastic host who communicated clearly and regularly while being super friendly. Location was fantastic & private. The deck, while small, had a stunning view. Only drawback is at night the traffic keeps a constant stream of headlights so hard to be truly peaceful when sitting out trying to enjoy the quiet and stars. The condo is clean and great though a little cramped. It is important to note the 'fireplace' is electric and not a real fireplace which was disappointing as it was one of my must haves when booking as it was fall and I love an open fire. Other than that it is a great little place and the views of the lake can't be beat!

We enjoyed our quick getaway to Dandan's place in October. Being steps away from the lake was absolutely amazing to wake up to each morning. While the listing can accommodate for 4 people, I think it was the perfect amount of space for just me and my partner. Check-in was quick and easy as was check-out. Dandan was quick to respond, and she even provided local recommendations that were fantastic. The mattress in the main bedroom is a memory foam mattress, and my partner and I both felt like we didn't get a great sleep on it, but each to their own. We will keep an eye out for an opening in the future for Dandan's place if/when we come back to Traverse City! Lovely host and accommodations for a small getaway during the fall season!

Absolutely beautiful. Would have loved to get to stay during warmer months, yet it was still amazing even in the fall. It is as described and as the pictures show! Just a short drive from downtown restaurants/bars/shopping! We communicated a VERY minor issue to the host just so they were aware of it for the next guests and they were quickly responsive, very understanding, and also went above and beyond to resolve it by dropping something off to us in less than an hour, which we absolutely did not expect or request, but did highly appreciate. Overall it was amazing and I would absolutely recommend.

Nice apartment in a multi-apartment building with a view of the lake and beach access right in front of the patio. A well equipped kitchen. Easy parking. Everything in good shape and well cleaned. The only disappointment was the shower door which had considerable mould on the door seal.

Dandan was a great host and was very responsive when we had trouble checking in. We loved the beautiful location right on the bay and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay again in the future.

Can’t wait to go back

This place was absolutely beautiful! We stayed here for three days after the busy holidays, to just relax. We enjoyed it so much, we didn’t want to leave. My favorite thing was the beautiful view of the bay, just steps away from the back sliding door. The large soaking tub was also pretty amazing. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with extra blankets throughout the house, which I loved because I’m always freezing. The host was very responsive and friendly. I definitely would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to get away. Nice little home away from home!

We had wonderful stay at this charming rental in Traverse City! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and had many amenities, making our stay easy and comfortable. The location was delightful. Despite it being the middle of winter, we loved seeing the bay from the living room. Overall, this was an excellent rental that met all of our expectations.
