Dandan was a great host! Loved the space, it had everything we needed for our trip. We especially loved being able to use the kids books & toys provided for our little one. Dandan was very responsive and helped us deal with noisy guests upstairs would definitely stay here again!

The decor was adorable! Everything was extremely clean and it was a perfect location to explore downtown.

The condo was brand new and perfect. We appreciated the attention to detail. Dandan was great at communicating.

This place was great! Very thoughtful consideration was given to everything in the suite. Not too far away from many local restaurants and the beach too!

My daughter and I spent a lovely time in this newly renovated studio. It’s classy and it’s tasteful. Dana was so thoughtful in all the little trinkets she included for us, such as the make up removing wipes and cotton pads for the ladies. Something we absolutely loved is the location, while it’s only a short drive from all the shops and stores on Main Street it’s so peaceful and quiet, since I was concerned about noises in the city.

What a gem of a place! Comfortable, cozy, well-stocked studio. About a mile and a half walk to downtown restaurants and shops, yet very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

This place is very nicely decorated and in a cute quiet location. Great space for two people. If you like a very firm mattress you will sleep like a baby. Overall, a solid Airbnb choice.

5 star. Beautiful place to stay in a grea location. Clean and great communication. We did have an issue with some very noisy guests staying in the apartment above, but Danden dealt with it expediently. Definitely would recommend their properties.

Had a nasty power outage and needed somewhere to stay - and FAST! Dandan was super responsive when we asked if this space had power and sent over check in details in record time. We only stayed the night but it was a very comfortable space and a great place to hunker down.

The space is just as pictured, very clean and seems very new. Perfectly thought out from the cozy hygge decor, smart layout and well appointed details. It really maximized the studio space. We (couple + dog) never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a full washer and dryer tucked away and good lighting. Extra touches that we loved from the host: great Public Goods products, make up wipes/towels, lint roller, Tupperware/baggies/foil, full array of spices, doggie supplies like bowls, bed and toys and a luggage valet and blackout curtains. The location is in a quiet area, convenient 6 min drive to Front street shops and restaurants, close to TART trail and many wineries within 20 minutes. The host provided plenty of local suggestions and was very responsive when we had a question. The only downside was the sound from the unit above. We happened to be there under a group of early risers/late night conversationalist (not loud partiers so we didn’t complain) however we could clearly hear them enjoying their vacation and moving things around it was distracting. Still, overall a good stay for us. Good host with great taste, we would definitely check out this or one of Dana and Krystle’s other properties when in the area.

This studio is very clean and nicely decorated. All necessities are provided, including “extras” in the bathroom, like toothpaste and bandaids. We did use the pullout bed which was comfortable. Location was convenient to Front Street shopping but just a little too far to walk. Parking is easy. It is easy to hear other people walking around in the unit above but we were not kept awake by this. Overall, a very good value for the TC area and would certainly stay here again.

We have a wonderful girls weekend here at the H Studio! The place was very cute and clean! It was the perfect location for us and we really enjoyed our time there! I would definitely recommend staying here! Also another things I’d like to just mention is It was so grateful the hosts kept extra products like feminine products/ extra tooth brushes/ dog toys/ bed, poop bags in mind! Not many places make sure there are those kinds of things and the thoughtfulness they put in to the things they keep at the house for her guests to use I thought was great.

Dandan's Traverse City "H Studio" was exactly what I was looking for! A small, but warm accommodation with all modern amenities as well as incredible style. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a modern yet minimalist place to stay while you enjoy Traverse City!

This was an outstanding place to stay at. Every detail was meticulously attended to. It was super clean, well appointed with beautiful decor and upgraded appliances. Everything was clearly marked and outstanding amenities were proved. We felt at home and very comfortable. Dandan is an excellent host and clearly cares about the experiences she is providing to her guests.

I’m not reviewing this exact location, but Dandan as a host. There was a heating issue that was found a full 24hr before our arrival. Not only were we offered an alternative location or the option of a full refund, but the alternative location was a brand new unit not even listed yet!! It was a major upgrade. She worked to have it ready on time for our arrival complete with welcome amenity. Everything was as represented it would be. Smart decor, very clean, and extremely convenient location. I wouldn’t hesitate to book one of her properties again. Communication throughout our visit was also on point. Wonderful attention to details in the home. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay in a central location. Downtown is very close as well as many restaurants nearby. The studio was spotless and very cozy.

This listing was perfect for my little family. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The space was clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable and the shower is nice. The kitchen is fully stocked and waiting for you to cook or have food delivered. I would highly recommend Dandan's listings to anyone going to the Traverse City area. My husband and I will always try to book this space for our across state getaways.

Amazing stay! Everything was described but better. Host was able to answer any question and was quick with responses. Lots to do and see near the stay. If I ever visit traverse again I’m for sure booking this place. Overall 100/10.

Overpriced Airbnb. We did not enjoy this place whatsoever. We had to wait 20 minutes outside because the host did not provide the proper code before hand. And she did not respond so we needed to call the owner twice. It was unbelievably gross upon walking in. The place smelt gross, the bedding was clearly dirty and not washed because there were body fluids on it, there were dirty dishes, and trash laying around. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend yet it turned into me and my fiancé doing other peoples jobs the whole time. I will never stay here again and nor would I recommend it to anyone else. We are very disappointed with this listing. We will stay at a hotel off of the water for a better price and better experiences.

This studio is a great location and close to downtown. The pics and description matched what I experienced in person. I appreciated all the kitchen amenities and supplies. The unit was clean and well planned out for a studio apartment. The door to enter is on the other side of the building from where you park- nothing I would knock of stars for but fyi for if you are bringing lots of things/groceries.

My husband and I had a great time and will definitely be back! Dandan’s response time was great and the place was exactly as described. Don’t hesitate to book!

This was a nice place to stay. The host was very accommodating, quickly responded, and was very kind. The space was smaller than expected, so be mindful of that. It was fine for the two of us though. The place was in a good spot to get everywhere within 10-15 minutes driving.

Very clean and easier accessible from downtown

The 10:00 am checkout coupled with the expectation that you wash dishes and take out the trash after paying $110.00 cleaning fee with a prominently displayed gratuity envelope is off-putting. I asked for a late checkout but that would have cost $250.00. A make-up washcloth is provided so that you can avoid a $15/towel replacement fee if you stain them. Disclosing these expeditions in the property description would be helpful. Other than that, the place was comfortable l, clean and was well-supplied.

The apartment was very well equipped. My daughter especially loved the toys and we appreciated the high chair, kid dishes and pack n play included. Everything we needed (beaches, parks, restaurants) was within a mile walk. Peaceful area, away from tourists. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was great.

Great place

This place has it all! A well appointed kitchen plus washer/dryer for longer stays. The studio was decorated beautifully and supplied everything needed! The location is fantastic- just steps from the grocery store, a block from a great park and very close to the TART trail. A great, convenient location for all TC has to offer but out of the hustle. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Communication was fantastic and checkin was a breeze. Thanks again!!!

A very comfortable place to stay - the condo was on a quiet street and all the amenities were top notch. The decor was modern and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathroom was spotless as well. This was our anniversary weekend trip, first time in Traverse City! The location was perfect. We went to Suttons Bay, the in town craft fair along with Torch Lake so the studio was perfectly situated so that car trips were short. Loved that this was pet friendly as my ESD ( emotional support dog) is now epileptic and needs medicine 4x a day and being able to have him with us was a sure bonus. Lake Michigan is absolutely beautiful, almost like being in the Bahamas. We will definitely return!

Highly recommend! We will be staying here again the next time we come to Traverse!

We loved staying at this Traverse City studio. The instructions from the host were very clear and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. The furnishings were clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect to get downtown as well as out to the Leelanau and Old Mission peninsulas and Sleeping Bear Dunes. I would definitely recommend this studio!

We enjoyed our stay in "H studio". The room is meticulously labeled and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. She even offers coordinating a grocery delivery prior to your arrival if you are in need of that. There was a lot of amenities in the room which I had no use of but appreciated their availability and the thoughtfulness said that Dandan want's her guest to have that home away from home experience. As mentioned in the description, you are on the bottom floor and so there's a chance you will hear chatter and movement from above. This didn't happen much and wasn't a problem for us at all. There was so much for us to do in the area, we were barely in the room. That said, would recommend and consider rebooking in the future.

We loved our stay at Dandan’s place! It was exceptionally clean and had everything you may need! Dandan checked in fairly often to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. The location was amazing! Super close to downtown, but far enough to where it was a peaceful stay!

Amazing place!!! Felt like I was in my own beach house!! Very comfortable and clean, new appliances, etc. Check in was so easy. Dandan is super sweet, and she left great recommendations in her binder that is in the condo. Parking was assigned and easy, and bonus the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled delish. Dandan has toothbrushes, food seasonings, razors, all bathroom toiletries basically. You barely even need to pack! I’ll be back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at H studio, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail. Admittedly I have been accused of having OCD, I clean every hotel room, every airplane seat, I clean my dog's paws after every trip outside, you get the idea. So when I say this place was clean, wow! 100/10 starts for the cleaning team! It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this cozy spot. The place was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a super warm vibe. The thoughtful little details throughout the space truly set it apart. From the well-stocked kitchen and bath to the laundry (awesome washer and dryer!) we were so happy and grateful to Krystle and Dana. We also loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the lake, the main shopping and dining area on Front St and the food trucks, huge bonus. We discovered some cool off the beaten path places like Common Good bakery close by (highly recommend). We can't thank the hosts enough for their impeccable attention to cleanliness, their thoughtful amenities, and the awesome location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and we can't wait to return in the future!

We were easily able to find everything we needed. Things were attractively laid out, and the space was well utilized. It was meticulously clean, and in a good location. Our check-in experience was very easy. We would certainly stay here again.

This was our first VRBO experience and it went above and beyond our expectations. As a nurse who really needed some much needed time away to just take care of me for a change, I really appreciated it. I always bring cleaning supplies and anticipated having to go over everything but I never even opened my bottles! The moment we stepped in we could smell nothing but CLEAN!!! From the linens to even the dish towels we were beyond pleased. Everything was so well thought out for space and function but the overall design was simple, uncluttered and modern. The communication with the owner and management team was wonderful. They emailed me on our second day to see how our first night went and if we needed anything. Both of my parents have mobility issues but this place was perfect for them. Being able to take our little dog was the icing on top. We were so thankful this place was affordable for us and we wouldn't hesitate to return. It would even be perfect for traveling nurses. Overall, we felt pampered and like we were staying at a friends or relatives place that really cared. From the complimentary Kirkland coffee to the extra supplies of toothbrushes, etc. every little detail mattered and contributed to our amazing experience. Thank you!!!

We loved this condo. We wanted to bring our dog and it was perfect for all of us. We were in walking distance of downtown and also Boardman lake. We loved your notebook of restaurants and things to do, so much that we are going to make one for our condo which we rent in Petoskey. Thanks for a lovely stay. It’s everything you could need in a place to stay - full kitchen, lovely full bathroom, big cozy bed. It’s also conveniently located about a block away from the grocery store, and a 7-minute walk from a small local coffee shop. Bonus: if you have pets, it’s located in a quiet enough neighborhood to walk your dogs safely. Will gladly stay again!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! We were able to cook breakfast daily and even walk to downtown traverse city. It was also very convenient to only be 2 minutes away (walking) from a grocery store. The studio was cleaned very well and decorated so cute. I would definitely come back.

This was a perfect place to stay in TC area! It’s a walkable distance to the beach/park, Potters Bakery, grocery, ice cream (all the things you could ever need!) and a short drive to everything else! Host was very responsive and place was tidy and modern! We loved our stay here!

Dandan was a wonderful host and so very helpful when we had questions. She was incredibly quick responding to our messages, and proactive in asking about anything that might need attention. The space was VERY clean and tidy and had so many amenities. The only issues that we had during our stay were out of her control. Someone had parked in our parking spot the first night and the people in the unit above us were a bit noisey. The bed could have been more comfortable as well, as it was a bit firm for us. Overall though, the location is very convenient and a quick drive to all parts of town. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place is great! They had everything you need. You could just pack clothes and be ready to go! The place is in a complex so you have a parking spot and you have street parking. You can hear the upstairs neighbors, but that was to be expected! They also provide all the things your pup can need. They had a bed, toys, treats, and wipes! Overall an amazing stay and we will be back to Dandan’s Properties!

This was a comfortable stay for myself, a small dog, and a friend on the pull-out couch. Having access to a small kitchen was my favorite commodity. This is a location to rebook - it is a very convenient stay for enjoying downtown Traverse City and the surrounding area.
