The host Dandan responded very quickly and everything was exactly as she had said it would be! Beautiful place, and I would highly recommend!

Comfortable and attractively furnished townhome right near the bike trails and Boardman Lake. Dandan was super helpful with an electronic and printed guide to Traverse City and the townhome. Dandan also checked in before our stay on multiple occasions and during our stay to make sure everything was in order and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Would recommend Japandi as a great place to stay in Traverse City.

What a darling unit, and so close to restaurants and bars/breweries. The condo was spotless and stocked with spices, toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent and more. I’ve never stayed at a rental with so much attention to detail. Dandan was in constant communication with me when we ran into an internet problem (be better, Spectrum!), which was greatly appreciated. I would stay again.

This is exactly as advertised, great super safe location and super clean. The interior is professionally decorated and it had everything that we needed as if we were in our own house. Utensils, plates, drinking glasses, pots and pans were all new and neatly arranged! The hosts communicate pretty well and provided a personal recommendation on wineries 🍷in the area. Will definitely stay here again!

We had truly an amazing trip to traverse city with an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful decorated, clean, and stocked with anything my we might have forgotten. Dandan was thoughtful and willing to help if we had any questions. Would stay here again!!! Amazing.

We had a really excellent stay overall. The place was beautiful and was really well styled. Everything we needed was in the unit. Kitchen was well equiped as well. Although we didnt use it, you could easily cook an entire meal here without the need to buy any spices or cooking utensils. Parking is easy as there is a driveway and a garage behind the unit that is very safe. Even street parking is very open and easy right in front of the unit. The neighborhood is good and is within walking distance to many different restaurants and stores. Getting downtown is a slightly longer 15 min walk. The host was very responsive to any question I had. Overall this place is great and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall, a beautiful rental! LOVE the decor - my taste exactly! Love that there are 2 bathrooms so our family of 6 had little wait time to use them. Location was convenient to Front Street but it was across from some kind of electrical lines so that was an eyesore when you walked out the front door. Not a deal breaker. Mattresses were too firm. None of us really slept well. During our stay the temperature was over 90 degrees outside so fans would have been helpful. We ended up driving to Target to buy some but having something already there, especially for the loft that was warmer than the rest of the house, would have been really helpful. Communication from the host was great! So many details were thought of - extra toiletries in the bathrooms, maps and area info, all of the decor… overall a lovely place to stay.

This was a great condo. It was very clean, well decorated and had everything you could need. Having some kids books and toys was also a nice touch. The location was about 1.5miles walk to the beach but it worked great for us! Would definitely recommend this property.

Dandan's home is so welcoming, clean, and all around perfect for our family of five. Love the decor, so beautiful! The home was fully stocked with good quality bath products, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and ziploc bags & containers so you can pack snacks for your day trips. We were spoiled with 2 full baths! The location was conveniently located to Front Street, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Glen Arbor. There are also 2 bike shops within walking distance where you can rent bikes and the bike trail is right across the street from the house. The host is great and very responsive. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back!

Great trip, excellent location, and nice decor. We had a very fun trip to the Traverse City area with lots of fun adventures to nearby spots.

Very nice cozy place, good location for visiting traverse city. The host was very responsive and checked in on us often. The place also clean and was stocked with everything we needed and as advertised. The beds were not the most comfortable to sleep on, and there is an issue with the hot water if both showers are used at the same time. It is also close to train tracks and we did have a train which kept us up one night. But, it is very close to a bike shop and the beach, which made for a nice relaxing trip.

We had a last minute trip to Traverse city and quickly booked this location within an hour of check in. Host was quick to send over check in instructions. Loved the design of this space, and had plenty of room for 4 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location was walking distance of Downtown Traverse City and the beach. Thanks for having us!! 🥰

We stayed with 2 other couples for a wine weekend. The home is extremely clean, the kitchen was perfect for making meals, and bathrooms were very well stocked! Communication was great! We would definitely stay again and recommend!

This is a great place to stay in TC in a super convenient location. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts went above and beyond with everything.

The place looked as if it was just built and furnished with brand new furnishings. Immaculate, nicely decorated with nice furnishings… this was not old stuff brought from home. Probably the cleanest Airbnb i have stayed at. It was well stocked as described with more “extras” than I have seen at other Airbnb’s. The headboards for the queen beds have built in plugs and usb ports… amazing!!! I have absolutely no complaints about our stay and what was in the condo. I only want to give a heads up… not a negative thing… but the beds (might be brand new) are VERY firm foam. The futon upstairs folds down but it is not sleepable folded down as their is a metal bar down the middle… however the couch is quite comfortable. Again, not necessarily a bad thing but I did the Goldilocks thing. Oh and very good pressure in the showers. I would absolutely stay there again. Great location to downtown as well!!!

The place matches the pictures. Well stocked with extra goodies in the bathrooms. However, parking is behind the unit and you have to walk up a sloped easement to get to front of the house - and for us, it was not shoveled and was slippery and icy! Checking in from where you park would have been much better. Overall, we did enjoy our stay!

Very clean and cool style!

Dandon’s place is perfect. Everything needed was easy to find, clean, simple, and cozy. Beds are comfortable, extra blankets are super soft, and the bathrooms were stocked and clean. The decor is simple and inviting -highly recommend and will look to stay here again.

Awesome stay, would definitely return

The hostesses provided so many extras that were unexpected. The house was in pristine condition and very nicely furnished. The kitchen equipment was more than expected like the InstaPot and crockpot. We enjoyed the movie options. All in all, it was a delightful weekend. Only note- the garage was too short for our mid sized SUV’s so don’t expect to close the garage door during your visit.

This stay was exactly as described and extremely clean. The space worked perfectly for our group of 5 and we enjoyed the number of small amenities available, like the toiletries and coffee that was provided. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

We ended up booking this the night before our stay after a cancellation we had to make with another unit from another individual on here. This is the place you want to go if you want to have a bit of a retreat, but also want to be close by to restaurants, and the downtown atmosphere of Traverse City The space is beautifully curated; someone really took the time to thoughtfully meld two different styles together. Additionally, every space in the unit is well organized, incredibly clean, and stocked for your stay. I was particularly surprised to find children’s books in the main bedroom that we were able to read to our little one. We had a little snafu while we were there, and Dandan addressed it immediately. Her customer service skills are excellent. This is about 1 mile away from the downtown scene, and just a few blocks away from the lake. There’s a rock climbing facility right next-door. Head south, and you’ll run into where the locals shop and national chain restaurants. A++

Beautiful space and very clean. Host was always responsive and had a quick response. The location was close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to miss the mass traffic and crowds of the festival. Neighbors were quiet and the area was easy to find

This place was SPOTLESS! They had everything we needed and some for a comfortable stay. They also had plenty of additional toiletries that came in handy!

This unit was perfect for us (3 adults, 2 infants). It is well decorated, clean, and has every amenity you would need to have a very comfortable stay. Dandan is very responsive to whatever your needs may be. The team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. Would rent again!

We had a wonderful girls trip weekend thanks to Dandan! The space was beautiful and everything was as described. Plenty of towels were provided and everything was extremely clean. Parking was not an issue between the garage space and street parking. I would 100% stay there again!

The overall experience was great!

Dandan’s place was spotless . Never have I stayed in a place that was so well stocked- plenty of trash bags , detergent and stain remover, all sorts of baggies and storage bags , toilet paper and paper towel were all provided. Usually the host provides a “starter” amount and the rest is up to you to purchase, but not at Dandan’s place ! She even provides all sorts of travel toiletries, which came in handy when my daughter and my father both forgot to bring certain items with them ! I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit the area !

This is by far the cleanest Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was so nice. The location is great… less than a mile from downtown, literally next to the TART Trail which was fun to use. Restaurants within a block or so. 35 min drive to Sleeping Bear. I would point out that the scenery from the unit itself is not the Pure Michigan experience (power SubStation out front and the side of a 3 story building blocking the view out the back) but there is so many breath taking views very close by. Safe area. Also really close the the Boardman Lake trail (half a block) which was great for a morning stroll. The kid loved the loft and the games.

We had a great stay here. The host was super proactive in their communication and the entire process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again given the location and how well the place was maintained.

We enjoyed our stay! And you can't ask for a better host. The host: We had to change our trip dates and our first spot through Dandan wasn't available. She helped me through the process of transferring my reservation (several times for a couple different reasons) to this adorable townhouse & always tried to find a solution that worked for us. Dandan & her team were very responsive & gracious with all my questions and concerns. The space: squeaky clean, kitchen well stocked with spices (if I'm being very picky - no honey or filtered water, but that's really about it). Bathroom has all the essentials provided in case you forget something. Linens smelled good. Super cute decor. extra warm blankets & pillows in closets. Blinds do a good job of blocking light. Not too much street noise. The location: it's about 1.5 mi from Front St. My husband and I love to walk so we liked being able to do that. Rock climbing gym directly behind the house,too! Dandan did a fantastic job at getting back with me in a quick fashion. All the amenities were very thoughtful. Extras like toothbrushes and personal items were a nice touch! We had a great time with 6 people in the place. It’s set up so we could play games with our group and also have our own space at the end of the day! Great location, within walking distance to many great establishments! We would definitely recommend for a small group!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend, we had 5 girls and everyone had a blast. It was a short cab ride to downtown (if it was summer we could have walked). The house was clean!

We hit the jackpot with Dandan’s place after cancelling our staycation when we found this adorable listing with last minute availability! The unit was exactly as pictured and amenities present as described plus many thoughtful touches throughout! From the inclusion of shampoo, body wash, and personal care extras to the more than sufficient high quality paper goods, dish cleaning and laundry supplies, it made our grocery run much simpler. The location was super convenient to downtown/bay/beach. The TART trail and three bike shops for rentals were just out the back door which was a huge bonus! Dandan was EXCELLENT and prompt with her communication, especially when I had questions. This was our third time vacationing in the TC area and will not be our last. We look forward to booking with Dandan again!

We really enjoyed our stay in your home. Everything was so comfortable and the little extras really made it special (soaps, toiletries in case you forgot something, coffee and creamers). We spent a few days traveling to the Grand Traverse area with our adult daughter who has special needs . We have vacationed in Leland for many, many years but hadn’t been back in a while. We wanted a place as a home base where we were all be comfortable and could relax after days of exploring the area. This was perfect for all three of us. We would definitely stay again!!

Great townhome with the perfect location for a weekend away.

My family and I stayed at the condo for New Years to see the cherry drop. Everything was exactly as described and it was super comfortable! We really wanted a kitchen so we could cook and this is one of the best airbnb kitchens I have used, with all of the amenities you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. We also really appreciated how incredibly clean everything was—really spotless. We walked everywhere, even right downtown, which is about a mile away. I’d recommend staying here and would do so again!
