With an open concept kitchen and 1400 sq. ft. of living space it is perfect for families and larger groups looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more! We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This Traverse City home boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms to come home to after exploring the area. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. If you are traveling with a young one, you will find a Pack-n-Play crib and a highchair in the closet. The second and the third bedroom both feature queen beds. Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, and one Queen-sized pull-out sofa mean this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 (eight) people and an infant, a rare commodity in the middle of Traverse City. Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ This townhome has two full baths on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor, so there is no need to worry about scrambling for shower time. The very large ensuite master bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second full bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo and the half bath does not have a tub or shower. All of our bathrooms are fully stocked with quality amenities. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen has everything the chef could need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless-steel appliances, a blender, and a separate coffee station with an assortment of coffee and tea available. We also supply children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and a high chair for young families. The kitchen island is great for laying out appetizers or mixing up tasty cocktails. There is seating for two here and an additional six spots at the dining room table. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Just across from the kitchen and dining room is the cozy living room with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with HULU live cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+. If you are looking for some family fun or group activity, check out our board game collection. There are also some children’s toys and books available. Head out to the patio through the sliding glass doors after making your book selection, slip into the outdoor chairs and enjoy. Morning coffee in the cool breezes are also a treat. Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. The host was very active in making sure our stat was going well and gave a lot of good recommendations of things to do in the area. The house was extremely beautiful and it was big for all 6 of us that went. Will try and stay here again in the future!!!

(We are a painting company and usually travel with a crew of four guys) This was hands down the best place we have stayed. Comfortable, clean and well stocked with most everything we needed. When we found out the place was booked for our second week on the job, we contacted the host for any suggestions. Adam was able to give us a couple options of other properties they host. We booked one of those and look forward to our second week in Traverse. We would certainly recommend this place...100 percent.

June 2024 5.00this is the second time that we've stayed at this townhouse. everything about it was just as good as the first time we stayed there. we travel a lot for work and it's nice to be able to go to a house where everything you need is there and you have a caring proactive host. I would highly recommend saying properties hosted by Adam.
