Curated, new build condo on TART Trail, With Bikes

Absolutely loved my stay here! Beautiful and secure building, STUNNING Airbnb and impeccable design touches and finishes. Loved all the suggestions and amenities. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful convenient and clean. This is the best experience my wife and I have ever had with Air BB. This place was just our style and ha everything we needed and wanted. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the busyness yet close enough to walk. We will definitely be returning. We love Traverse city and always find something new to see and fun to do. Thank you so much!!

This gem was the perfect place for us. From the cozy fireplace to the generous amount of potential extras. There were plenty of paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies (should you need them), tons of additional linens, coffee pods, storage containers, etc- you name it, they had it. The apartment looked just like the pics-beautiful modern interior! The fourth floor, complex, hangout space is an added bonus and is beautiful and very large, Don’t worry about them not having something because they truly thought of it all.

Kara's place was super nice and exactly as pictured! Very clean with everything needed already in place. We had no issues checking in and the guidebook with local suggestions and tips was very helpful. The location is in a great place whether you want to take a walk or drive around to explore the local scenery. It was too icy for us to take the bikes out but they were available for our use. I will definitely be returning!

Great location with easy access to either peninsula. Many cute bakeries close by for breakfast. Nice decor. Room with good window treatments so it was nice to sleep in beyond sunrise. Quiet and safe feeling building.

I’ve stayed at several of Kara’s properties and this one, like the others, did not disappoint! It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and felt very secure. I couldn’t get over the interior design choices — they were great. Kara also provided very clear instructions outlining parking, key codes and internet access, which were super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect! The space was perfect from the layout to the decor to the amenities to the kocation. Well stocked with everything you need and more. Quality furnishings and linens. They thought of everything!! located next to a recreational path and a reasonable walk to downtown. Balcony was perfect for us to enjoy some coffee or just relax and get fresh air. Communication was great and Kara was accomodating . We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back.

Kara had a wonderful little condo just east of downtown TC. It was very homey and in a great location! I would definitely stay there again:)

The condo was within walking distance to downtown and had bikes we were able to use. Big plus being right on the TART Trail. Kara was happy to give recommendations for the questions that we had. We will definitely be back!

It was so nice - such a cute space, so well kept - not far at allll from the downtown areas! Being on the bike trail too was super convenient and was great waking up to walk. We wish there was more of a sectional couch/comfortable lounge space as it would’ve been nice for a young couple to watch tv on the couch or in bed together but the layout was kinda difficult for that, also being on the 3rd floor got a little bothersome with the elevator always being busy with other people but that comes with the territory! The bed was insanely comfortable and the bathroom/closet space was nice and big. It was our honeymoon and the host set out mimosas with “Mr & Mrs” glasses with straws and balloons which I thought was incredibly sweet and personal!

Loved how extremely clean and beautifully designed the layout is! Looks just like the photos! The extra attention to detail in the kitchen is very important to me, since I do some cooking during my stay. I had everything I could need and then some! The welcoming local wine and fresh flowers on the table was such a special treat! I really truly loved that!! Very thoughtful of you Kara! :) The location was great….just a couple minutes away from the crowds, during the holiday weekend - I appreciated that as well! Enjoyed our time!

Just as pictured. Very clean, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, great chairs and shade on the deck, and a perfect location. We stayed five nights and it was perfect for the two of us. Kara was an absolute jewel to work with! Definitely a great choice for TC!

If you’d love a beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable place to stay, then don’t hesitate to book here. We stayed as a family and the unit had everything we needed and more. I loved the level of organization, cleanliness and thoughtfulness that went into this apartment. We enjoyed the board games, books, full kitchen, soft linens, and cute balcony. We used the kitchen to make simple meals for the kids, and the table to eat our carry out meals at. We would book again in a heartbeat, it was absolutely perfect.

Our family’s stay was wonderful! It was our first time in Traverse City, and this apartment was a fantastic place to call “home” for our long weekend. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all of the amenities and add ons your heart could desire (laundry in the unit, great toiletries, beach towels, bikes to borrow, etc). The location was perfect as well. A short drive or bike ride away from downtown TC and all of the restaurants and beaches. Thank you Kara and Alex for a memorable weekend for this adventurous family!

We had a wonderful stay at Trailside 45. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony for sitting outside and the easy accessibility to the TART trail. Highly recommended!

Kara's place was homey and clean, and a nice location tucked away from the central town but still easily accessible by car and especially bike. Kara and their partner were both very quick and responsive whenever issues arose.

We had a lovely stay at Kara’s. It matched the photos and description perfectly. It was just a few minutes to everything we needed- and Front street for restaurant and shopping.

What a clean, wonderfully supplied condo in such a great location - right on the TART trail. Our welcome was so warm and appreciated! Kara's communication with us before our trip and when arriving was fantastic. Definitely a 5-star property. Can't wait to come back!

I absolutely loved this place. The decor created a very relaxing ambiance for me and my partner. I loved that the unit was also stocked. Kara was always very responsive and her vibe helped me to feel welcome. I am now going to follow her on airbnb and will stay at her properties first if they are available.

Kara's place was the perfect size and layout for my husband, myself and our dog. We loved the location too! We stayed in late December. It was a short drive to downtown, otherwise could walk or bike in warmer months. We were able to walk our dog along the TART trail, which was steps from the complex. The apartment was quiet and the decor was on point in keeping with tonal black, white and cream neutrals throughout. The artwork was well done too. The all white towels were fluffy and soft. We loved the dishes and the low bowls were our fave to eat from over the week. Overall, a very relaxing stay in Traverse City.

We absolutely loved Kara’s place! It was so cozy and beautiful. The location was fantastic and close to so many pastry shops, coffee places and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance! We’ve stayed at quite a few air b and b’s but I think we finally found one we want to return to!

We had a great weekend stay at this condo. The faux fireplace made it so cozy and the decor was some of the best we’ve ever seen. This is a perfect location if you like walking or biking as it is right on the Tarte Trail. It has everything you could need!

We had a great stay at Kara’s place. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. We also loved having access to the bikes and the ability to jump right on the bike trail and into town. Kara also provided great suggestions for excursions and places to eat. We hope to be back!

The condo was very well appointed with everything that we needed. Easy to get in and out and having use of bikes and a nearby trail was great. The place was quiet and very clean. Downtown was a short drive away. Easy to get to other towns that were very nice.

We had an amazing stay as a family of 4! The apartment was decorated very nicely and felt high end. It had everything we needed! Extra bathroom products, cleaning products, linens, laundry detergent, etc. Our favorite thing was the crackling fireplace for a nice ambiance, different board games, along with the lights on the patio at night time. I would definitely recommend staying here, 10 minute drive from everything TC has to offer!

Had a great trip! Great location with many surrounding breweries and restaurants! Was a very quiet and peaceful stay and perfect for the tart trail! We did have one morning where hot water was not working but it was not just our unit that had the issue. It was a building issue and Kara was very responsive and helpful through the issue which was resolved within a few hours- thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Kara's place in TC! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exquisitely decorated-almost resembles a high end hotel room. My friend and I even appreciated the reading materials and journals in the apartment-we discovered a beautiful golf course in Northport that we booked for a last minute round by reading over one of the journals on the side table. I also liked having access to their bikes as the space is located right off the TART trail and I was able to take an afternoon bike ride during my stay. The apartment is also stocked with full amenities, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and even a small deck for lounging outside. Great communication from the hosts; they also have a binder full of local recommendations in the area. The only minor issue I had was with the keypad to the building lobby-kept trying the directory keypad to get in until I saw 2 residents using the smaller black keypad closer to the door to get inside. Fabulous space overall-highly recommend!
