Brand New Condo in the heart of Traverse City!

We felt right at home- the place was beautiful and conveniently located. The hosts thought of all the details- it was the perfect weekend getaway. 10/10 recommend!

If you are looking to book a trip in downtown Traverse City, this condo is the perfect place for it. Just a block from the heart of downtown, it is walking distance from everything which makes getting around super convenient. The place itself is super cozy and comes with everything you might need to feel at home. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with checking in and out, and provided a book of awesome ideas for food, drink and excursions to make your trip that much more memorable. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway in Traverse City.

The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated, and stocked with little conveniences. It has a fabulous location downtown and a very nice view from the floor-to-ceiling window. The host was very responsive. The only issue is that it was complicated to access the unit and parking the first time, but that will be true of many downtown properties and no reflection on the host. Would definitely stay again.

Kara’s place was very conveniently located and very adorable! My boyfriend and I loved how close it was to everything downtown that we wanted to check out and then some. Not to mention the condo looked exactly like the photos. Kara was always very responsive and proactive with her communication, there were zero surprises. All and all, we would definitely stay here again and recommend any of our family or friends to stay here as well!

We loved our time at Kara’s. Very comfortable & relaxing. The condo is well stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. We especially loved the comfortable bed…slept like babies.

Kara’s place was fantastic. It’s so close to front street with restaurants and shops, as well as the water. The place was so clean, with all the amenities listed, which was such a pleasant surprise! We had everything we needed down to the spices for cooking. The bed was SO comfortable. Kara was very communicative and accommodating with our check in and out. We rented Kara’s condo to be able to walk around town and it was perfect!! Bright, clean, cozy, convenient, quiet and we would definitely rent this condo again!! Loved walking to brunch, shops on Front Street and the various restaurants/pubs near by. Excellent weekend!!

Excellent location, comfortable, clean, quiet- our second stay in this apartment and we’ll definitely come again. Parking space nearby was perfect because we walked to lots of places but also hopped in the car for day trips out and about.

Easy directions to location along with a reserved parking spot. This is a premium!! The entire condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Anything and everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do.

This condo was located in a great spot with parking. The place was clean and we'll maintained, looked brand new. The instructions from the host were clear and concise and made all interactions a breeze.

Amazing location, literally steps away from the main drag. The parking was easy peasy, right across the street. The home was VERY clean which is very important to me! The linens and towels smelled clean and fresh. We used the pull out as well and it was pretty comfortable for a pull out bed!! The host was super responsive as well. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

The area is super walkable (close to restaurants, breweries, Front St, the bay) and the parking pass was invaluable, especially as Cherry Festival goers started streaming into town. We had a great stay in this lovely condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City. The condo was modern, clean, bright, and well-appointed with everything we needed. You can't beat the location, which was walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, and the open space. It was quiet, comfortable, and had convenient parking right across the street from the unit. It was everything we'd hoped for!

The condo was just as advertised. The location was great, very clean, and great amenities. The host is very helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating. The only slight negative is the fact it's a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. This is openly noted in listing, so not a secret. However, there are a lot of steps, and you really need to be in reasonably good shape to climb them often during the day. This was a minor issue for us moving in when we arrived, probably not for most people. Again, it was an exceptional condo, and we enjoyed it very much.

The condo was very clean!! The instructions for entry to the building and condo were very clear. The description and what you entered into matched. The kitchen was stocked well if you needed to cook. Bedding and towels were very nice and I loved the pillows. My husband who does like like having to stay anywhere said he would stay again!! The location was also great!!

Loved staying here! Great location to walk around downtown and check out the local breweries! Kara gave detailed instructions and the condo was full stocked with amenities! Will definitely be booking again for our next TC trip!

This Airbnb was in a great spot among shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walking or more within a short drive. Parking provided just across the street. The condo is great for a couple making a short stay. You won’t find a huge space to spread out inside but there’s so much to do in Traverse City you won’t spend long inside anyway. Great host(s) and space. Can’t wait for our next visit.

we really enjoyed our stay...I would give 4.9 stars out of 5 the location and cleanliness couldn't have been better. The only minor thing is that it was on the 3rd floor without an elevator so carrying luggage up and down was difficult along with needing to park in a lot across the street. With that said I would likely stay there again unless I found a better option which would be hard to come by.

We absolutely loved our stay! We walked everywhere! We so appreciated the recommendations and the handy guest book, it helped avoid our indecisiveness. Kara was a great host, the condo is just as described, super clean and brand new. We loved it. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT LOCATION!!! We wanted something close to front st that included parking and found this gem of a place. Be prepared for stairs as it’s on the 3rd floor, but the space is worth it! Comfy furniture, makeup wash cloths, and a nice selection of coffee pods made the stay that much nicer! Don’t hesitate to reserve this condo!

Great location and terrific host. I requested a pack and play, which they were not only able to secure, but they anticipated I might need a high chair as well. This was thoughtful and very appreciated! If interested in hanging out in downtown TC, you cannot beat this location.

This place is perfect for a weekend in TC!! The walk to downtown is so short and so many things to do!

Excellent space! Great location! Clean. Comfortable. Had one very minor problem and Kara responded immediately. Will definitely look to stay there again when we go back to Traverse City! Only negative is no elevator and the cases of wine we bought at the great local wineries are a bit heavy going up 3 flights of stairs, but we knew about this before hand. Still great place.

This condo was in great shape, clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location. 3rd floor walk-up made unloading and loading the car a bit tiresome but the stairwell was well lit and wide. Overall this was fair priced and a great stay in TC.

We came to TC for the Cherry Festival / 4th of July weekend. The condo's location couldn't be better - right in the center of everything. The place itself was clean, friendly, and very comfortable. If it is available next time we come to TC, we'll definitely book it again !

The condo in downtown TC was beautifully decorated, spotless, and quiet. As other reviewers noted, the condo is on third floor without an elevator, which was only a bother when checking in and out. The furnishings are modern and new. Fun place to stay in an area with restaurants and shopping.

The condo felt as if we were right at home. Perfect size and everything was provided. Having an all Electric vehicle and have a charger on site was great! Her binder was put together very well and used that to plan our adventures!

Kara's place was great for our two night stay during the week. This was our first time in Traverse City and loved that everything (explore, eat, shop and a beverage) we wanted to do was very walkable. Having a dedicated parking spot a very nice perk. The condo was absolutley spotless, perfect and comfortable! Had a great night's sleep both nights. Check-in was so easy thanks to the clear communication.
