Great up front communication as well as during the stay making sure we had everything we needed as checked-in. The place looked as described, clean and organized - great garage spot giving you access outside rather than leaving from front door all the time. You can absolutely do some jogging in the neighborhood and reach downtown in 15m and have some quality time at nice restaurants and bars for sip. We do recommend the place.

It was a great little studio, it was very clean and the hosts made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location was great and would definitely recommend the place.

Great place to stay! Spent 4 nights there with my husband and dog and we absolutely loved it. Wonderful location close enough to everything but tucked away on a nice quiet street. Our host was wonderful and so communicative. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

A very-well designed space with all the necessary amenities (and more!). The hosts addressed all my questions and two small issues quickly and efficiently. Location is perfect and the suggestions spot on.

The studio is nice and comfortable. It was clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. It looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Location is very convenient, close to downtown. Hosts were very friendly and had amazing communication. Would recommend to stay here!

What a bargain! This is such a well appointed studio with everything you could need for a nice, relaxing stay. I can’t say enough about the location - it’s fantastic…especially if you have pets or little ones. Steps from the grocery store, a block from a great park and very close to the TART trail. Communication was fantastic and check in was a breeze! I’d definitely stay again!

Nice place, pretty good location, centrally located!

The Studio was perfect for my Partner and I's needs to park the vehicle on the street, bike up to Old Mission and visit the wineries! Convenient to hop right onto the primary road, then to bike only 5 minutes to the outdoor food halls in Traverse City or stop by Milk & Honey for some ice-cream. Walking into the studio was exactly was the photos suggested, all the amenities were there, furniture was spotless and appeared still very new, along with direct access to a covered garage. The downsides: - $110 cleaning fee for an incredibly small studio seemed unreasonable (especially for only sleeping overnight). - Sound transparency was poor for the upstairs guests (could hear their steps & going up & down the stairs) and they arrived at 12:30am with dog along with attempting to entire our unit. - The television could be larger; especially for how inexpensive they are now.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and close to downtown. The space was surprisingly small for the price - though that’s just the market in TC. The biggest downside was the noise from upstairs. Every foot step, conversation, and door closing can be heard. Also - the air conditioner makes a very strange noise that almost hurts your ears. All things considered I think the price is just too high for what you get, but I would stay here again in a pinch.

This place was everything we could have hoped for, as we were up to celebrate our wedding anniversary for a few days. The spot was centrally located to everything we wanted between wineries, great food and site seeing on our bike. The biggest perk was the one car garage that found to be a huge bonus, as it connected directly to our living space and allowed us to unload and keep our bikes safely stored along with our vehicle. All of the amenities were great too!

This place was great for a long weekend trip! Easily accessible to downtown or to the Old Mission peninsula. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The condo was neat and very clean. I thought the location was closer to downtown, but was still a walkable distance. It was a very nice stay for the price.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The communication was great and it was super clean. It was also the most dog friendly airbnb i've stayed in. My only feedback was that the walls are thin so you can hear movement in the other units. But otherwise, we loved our stay and this airbnb!

Easy check in and perfect location.

This place was a great central spot in TC. Very close to town and cute little bakeries. Has a garage space that is available to use. A little better description in the check in details on how to get into it would be helpful. I am the type that sleeps with a fan so I did use the wall unit for that. However, it was pretty noisy. The unit is below another unit and sadly, you can hear everything. From walking to talking and the shower right above the bed. I’m a sensitive person to noise when sleeping so it may not bother others. I do love that they allow pets, however, we did not bring ours as the place is very small. Would be good for a smaller dog. Plenty of towels and provided cleaning products and soaps which is very nice. We like to clean before we leave any property. Leave it as you found it. Overall the stay was great for a last minute 2 night stay.

Tiny space, but had everything we needed. Mattress wasn’t the best but fine for a few nights. Loved the connecting garage to park in especially since someone else parked in the assigned parking space. Could hear people above us, but luckily they didn’t stay up all night. Would recommend adding some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. For the price it was everything we needed and not far from downtown. Would stay again!

We came here with our dog and had a great time checking out Traverse City and the local beaches. The place had everything we could ask for, super easy parking, very nice decor, spotless, and plenty of stuff for our dog. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling, especially with their pup!

Very nice place - perfect for one or two people. Close to downtown. Loved the retro decoration in kitchen. Condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Parking in a garage was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This studio was perfect for our stay. Close to downtown which was great. Hosts were fantastic and answered questions and concerns in a very timely manner and with incredible kindness. We brought our little ten pound pup with us as well and she had a great stay as well - would definitely stay again

Everything is well laid out and we were very happy with our stay. Walk is a bit long to get downtown but it's a nice walk. Use street or garage (which is fantastic), not the suite space (my truck had sticky notes on it in the morning, my bad).

Great place to stay, approximately a 5-10 minute drive from everything you may want to do. Just be ready for the noise of the upstairs neighbors and the plumbing. But this would be expected in any apartment set up the same. A great place!

Affordably clean and convenient studio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Positive: Price was right. Clean. Stylish. Conveniently located. Easy to get in and out. Negative: The bed felt like it was going to break. The heater made a lot of noise. We ended up turning it off so we could sleep. Could have used more towels. A french press with locally roasted coffee would have been a nice touch.

Great location and cute setup. Nice that we had access to the garage. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud - you could hear every step they took, dog barking, baby crying. The place was a little dirty. Cobwebs and bugs.

What a great place this was! It was so cozy and beautiful decorated. It had everything we needed, was spotless and really was the perfect little spot for myself and my s/o. The host was very communicative and provided a lot of great info of the surrounding area with different places to visit/things to do. Thank you so much for being amazing hosts and letting us stay in your beautiful airbnb! We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family and cannot wait to come back for another stay in the future :)

Nice place. Did have a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors. Also saw a lot of bugs within the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and bedroom was nice as well. Overall nice place to stay.

Small and noisy room with the worst bed ever!! Positive: Clean and good location Good communication from company owners hire Negative: Super small and the worst cheap bed ever. The bed literally broke and had to sleep on a mattress on the floor we had to put the broken press board frame in the garage so there would be a place for the mattress. The garage is 2x the size of this room 🤷🏼‍♂️ Very noisy and can hear every footstep of the townhouse overhead Tiny windows and little light made you feel like you were in a spare basement room. Bad Airbnb experience on Booking ironically I felt robbed/scammed for $500 a night

If you are a light sleeper, consider somewhere else to stay. Otherwise this property was fine. Positive: proximity to downtown, clean Negative: We could hear every noise coming from the apartment above, including walking, kids running and jumping, and the shower draining. Perhaps more insulation than just a drop ceiling would be beneficial? Also, all the A/C units are lined up on the wall by the bed and we could hear them kick on all throughout the night.

We enjoyed out stay in Traverse City, we loved the location. Great place to stay, having garage parking was a huge plus!

It was relaxing but the rain was not fun. Positive: It was cute, clean and comfortable Negative: I didn’t realize until after I pulled down the bath towels that a basket outside the bath held more. I am only 5’2”

Close to town Positive: This was a nice location close to town. We liked that the unit allowed pets, the fee is $125 on top of the booking price. You will pay this fee after booking. The bed was comfortable for us, it is a firm mattress. Negative: This is a lower unit, with thin walls. Nothing too concerning, but you can hear the above neighbors.

It was a good value for the weekend, never pay for summer rates. Positive: Well there was no breakfast provided but the location was good for our trip. Negative: Our original rental had some plumbing issues so the moved us to the rental next door which was fine but it was freezing cold and snowing and the new rental only had a small space heater to heat the room. That was a bit disappointing and we were freezing in that unit on our last night. It was also the only night we were able to park in our designated spot. The other nights we had to park in the lot next door and walk to our room.

Positive: Gorgeous interior, fabulous location, nearly instant help from staff. Negative: Some minor plumbing issues.
