Great place with a fantastic bakery down the street one way and a grocery store the other way. 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a park with a playground. Kitchen is very well stocked with kitchenware. Everything listed was provided including a well stocked coffee bar, kids toys and books, and a washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

Had a really great time at the property. No complaints whatsoever, The condo was immaculate, it had the perfect amount of space for our family to spread out in. It’s in a great location to be TC and the Mission Peninsula. The best part was the great service both before and during our stay. The owner’s focus was to make sure our needs were met so that we would have a great time. We look forward to staying here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was close to everything we wanted to explore and big enough to accommodate all adults, kids, and our pet! Definitely the main thing that stood out to me was Dandan going out of the way to ensure there were dog toys, bowls, bed, and towels for our dog. That especially lets me know they take pride in ensuring they provide their guest the best possible care. There were detailed recommendations from the host and also listed in the home for us to consider to explore and schedule our day out. Service was great, quick response time, and clear communication. I have this home saved for future TC visits.

My family loved staying at Dandan’s townhome in Traverse City! It’s a close drive to the beach and the downtown area. We also drove to sleeping bear national park to explore and to some vineyards nearby. The rooms are big and comfortable. We loved being able to cook family meals in the kitchen- there is everything you’ll need to feel at home and settle in. Excited to come back in the warmer months!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Dandan's townhouse was lovely, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, and everything was just as it was listed. Super clean and organized with thoughtful touches around the place for me and my pup. I'd definitely stay there on our next trip to Traverse City.

The townhouse was very clean and organized, including extra toiletries for guests and beach chairs/toys. The instructions were clear. All the books, magazines and maps were a nice extra touch.

This is a great place for a family to stay in TC. Downtown is a very short drive or moderate walk away. Parking is very convenient for loading and unloading the car. While we didn’t use any, this place is stocked with small appliances if you are looking for options to cook in the Airbnb. This place is also stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space are super clean. Our 3 year old son loved the toys and books, and our dog absolutely loved the super plush dos bed. I would absolutely book here again the next time I plan to visit Traverse City! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dandan’s place. The townhome was quiet and convenient to get to many places around TC. My dogs were well taken care of with a great bed and treats, plus blanket and special dog towels. Our fav part was all the kitchen comforts — good coffee, lots of spices, solid cookware and extras. We cooked in two nights and it was great to have a grocery store nearby. We love TC area for a relaxing vacation with tons of outdoor activities and wonderful views. The people are also great there. We’d definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for 7 of us, with space to spare. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The hosts were very pleasant to work with and very helpful with advice and recommendations. You can’t go wrong here! (And, we didn’t have pets, and even though pets are allowed, I will say everything was very clean and you couldn’t tell that pets have been there in the past - other than all the thoughtful pet amenities and accommodations throughout the home.) You will enjoy your stay!!

The condo was immaculate, and the rooms were exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the balcony, the openness of the kitchen/living area and (most importantly) the responsiveness of Dandan when we needed some assistance. There is a grocery store less than a block away and downtown is a nice 1.3 mile walk on the TART trail. It was great having the garage to park the car in too.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It was a perfect size for our girls weekend and just a few minutes from downtown TC. Check-in was a breeze, the rental was perfectly clean and the accommodations are very homey. All of our questions and requests were responded to with no issue.

It was a great place - and we will definitely come back during summer! For the winter there was still lots of fun to be had. The house was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day.

Our stay on Walnut was great! Host was very responsive both before and during our stay. There was 6 of us and the place felt so homey, spacious and very comfortable for the group. About 1 mile from downtown and easy to get to all the restaurants, shops, etc. Would stay again!

Went to Traverse City for a dear friend’s funeral. We really wanted a place to come back to that was quiet, comfortable and easy. This place was all and more. Nothing was missing and the place had literally anything anyone would ever need. Strongly recommend.

We had a great 5 day stay with our family. close proximity to a park for kids, and short driving distance to downtown. The place was cozy and had a well equipped kitchen to do cooking, which was great. loved the patio in the AM. Easy parking too. 5 stars

Dandan was wonderful to work with. The parking is tight and garage access is tight and if you have little kids, a lot of luggage or an elderly person there are two flights of stairs to go up to get to the bedrooms. The two smaller bedrooms are very small. The house is lovely. It is well kept, clean, easy to navigate and the beds were very comfortable. It is modern and feels very up to date and not worn down at all.

We stopped in Traverse City for a few days during our family vacation and were so glad to have found Dandan's place! The townhome was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything needed for our stay. It's location was great for exploring area attractions we were interested in (like downtown Traverse City, Old Mission Lighthouse, and trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Torch Lake). There's also a great little beach (with a playset) nearby to watch the sunset and a local bakery you can walk to in the morning for donuts :) Dandan was also an excellent host. Gave crystal clear instructions, great recommendations and made the whole process easy. Thanks for a great stay & helping our family make memories for a lifetime!

It’s a nice place to stay. Looks just like the photos. We each had a nice bedroom and it was great having bathrooms on each floor. We loved that we could park the car in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet at night. There’s a grocery store very close.

Thank you very much!Your place is terrific! The only thing I will ask-check out time-not before at list 11.00, better at noon. To get out 10.00 AM,you have to wake up at 7.30 Needs time for breakfast,shower,cleaninig appartements,and cap of coffee. After last dinner on the vacation -it is not right. We had a great stay!

By far one of our my favorite stays so far! The host put lots of thought into this place to truly make it feel like home. From the layout of the furniture to the pictures on the walls. It was very clean and well stock with all the neccesseties. Location was perfect with a bakery and grocery store a block away. Host had excellent very clear communication. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Little bit expensive but good

I was surprised how much i enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! A giant park really close by that’s great for kids. Very very clean and comfortable.

We had five adults stay in the condo for three nights and brought our two small dogs. My daughter and her boyfriend were running the Bayshore half marathon and it was perfect. The layout of the condo is very nice and there are small touches like coffee and some other extras in case you have forgotten something. Parking is easy- there is one designated space outside and garage parking too. Traverse city is amazing along with the surrounding areas. I will definitely rent again, and plan to stay longer next time!

Beautiful place! This property is impeccably clean, and well stocked. Every detail in this home has been considered and well thought out to make your stay easier. The location is just out of town in a neighborhood. This home does have 2 flights of stairs. You can easily uber to town. If you do not receive check in info reach out in VRBO messenger. It was clean and centrally located. We walked to downtown and to Brick wheels to rent bikes. Check in was easy and the host was responsive with any questions!

This place was charming & funky. We loved the new decor & felt like we were living in a Vans magazine ad. lol As far as amenities…it had everything a guest could need. The place was spotless & the beds were comfy. We loved the little fans offered for sleeping & the hilarious books everywhere! We were in Traverse City for 3-days of adventure (pub crawl, kayaking, wineries) & this location was PERFECT! Highly recommend. Our dogs would’ve loved it too!

Great property, super clean and had everything we needed to cook a couple meals at “home.” Great spot near the grocery store and local bars/eateries, but also super convenient and maybe a 3 minute drive to get to the start of Mission Point.

The place is very clean and sweet, especially for pet owner. I really love the everything Dandan prepared for my dog. The host sent me a few pre-communicate messages and responded my message quickly. The location is convenient to go downtown or park. I would love to go back again with my family.

This place was so cute and so clean! We loved it!

Overall, we had a really nice stay. Dandan definitely provides all the amenities you may need on vacation. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Only a few small things to make note of. There are a lot of stairs which is something we didn’t realize upon booking. And the WiFi really didn’t work well which eliminated our ability to watch tv. But otherwise a really great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Traverse City!

We had a very nice time! Came for a last vacation before school. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including laundry and a nice little balcony. My daughter loved the fun way it was decorated. We also enjoyed a lot of the suggestions they had on restaurants and things to do. We went to Amical and the Filling Station which were both great! We also got some donuts from Potter’s Bakery, which is just around the corner. There’s a grocery around the corner which is convenient as well. Place is a little far for walking to the beach or downtown Traverse City, but very easy to get to by car. Would love to come back!

We loved staying here. It was hard to drag my sister out. It was groovy and cozy. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely book again in the future!!

We loved our stay here. My daughter, Fiver, left a note in the notebook about how much she loves the bright colors. It was a lovely place to stay. I quite liked the neighborhood too. The park down the street was so nice.

What a fun and stunning property! My kiddos were blown away at all the playful colors and character throughout. My husband and I loved the layout, amount of bathrooms, room sizes, living quarters and kitchen, honestly we cannot say enough amazing things about the space. Then there is also the location, which is a dream at only 4 min from a nice beach, and also from downtown, and (and know more ands lol) we were walkable to a grocery store, bakery, women's shop and spa. We cannot wait to go back!!! They truly thought of everything in this space with kiddo books, back-up toiletries, cribs, so many amazing things to make us feel home away from home!

We were last minute and under extreme circumstances and Dandan was very accommodating and her home provided a fun/comfortable place me and my family could enjoy and lay out head.

cute place and central location. not the best neighborhood but easy to get around. They advertise a queen sleeper sofa which is why we took it and that did not exist, but we made due with a twin rolling cot that wasn't very comfortable for our 4th person. the back sliding door doesn't lock but over all it was very clean and comfortable.

The home was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Great experience. It was about 30 min walk to the downtown area.

We booked last minute for a weekend of wine tasting. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We all absolutely loved how colorful and fun this place is! The decor is so cheerful! I’m a clean freak and I was very happy with how squeaky clean everything was. Everything we needed was supplied and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely book this place again!

Perfect place!

We had a group of 6 and were all very comfortable. We didn't spend much time at the condo, just needed a clean and comfy place to rest during our family trip to Sleeping Bear National Park and Traverse City. Dandan's place had a lot of little extras that were nice, like bathroom supplies (soaps, shampoo, q-tips, etc) as well as stuff to make tea and coffee. The teenagers especially loved the decor! Lots of fun stuff to look at!

We enjoyed the proximity to the downtown area - we were able to walk and not worry about traffic or finding parking.

This place was perfect for a weekend away! My family and I adored all the fun, bright decor and how nice and clean the place was. We also loved all the extras that were provided-coffee/tea bar, dental floss, q-tips, cotton swabs, etc. Communication with the host was quick and friendly.
