Our stay was great! Perfect size for two people with access to downtown just minutes away. Dandan was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend their property and great hosts.

This was by far the best one we've stayed at. the place was immaculate, comfortable, and homey. So many little touches like phone charges, dog treats, wonderful toiletries. Definitely would stay again!

Super clean. Just a few minute drive to downtown . There was a park a few blocks away to let our dog run around. It’s perfect for 2-3 people. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was the most clean, and cute place we have ever stayed at! Tons to do around the area and not far from downtown! Highly recommend!

Adam was an awesome host, along with the other co-hosts. Everyone was super responsive and so helpful! The loft was exactly as pictured. LOVED all the natural light even on a gloomy day! The loft was clean, and a plus… our little old furdude was able to join us as well which made it 10x better. Such a great little spot and highly recommend!

The team were very clear communicator. Although the AirBNB is on the smaller side, it had all the amenities one would need and furnishings that made you feel right at home. Easy and flexible check in. Thoughtfully designed, you get a home feel. Would definitely return!

We stayed at Adam’s place for our anniversary weekend and it was the perfect space! Close to everything we wanted to do, VERY clean and tidy space, lots of provided amenities & toiletries (which was great as we both forgot our toothbrushes, hahah!) We felt like we were right at home! Overall a phenomenal stay and we will definitely be booking with him again as well as recommending this to our friends!

Probably the most thoughtfully stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Even had a bed, bowls, and couch cover for the pup! Easy parking, simple check-in. Super comfy bed and linens. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, etc. would definitely stay again!

This loft is a gem! It’s small but organized and stocked with everything a family might need. Adam was awesome to work with. Check in/out was easy breezy. No complaints. The parking is tight but everyone was gracious and kind. Thanks for a wonderful retreat. ❤️

We have stayed in the condos many times, this one felt the most comfortable. The decor and amenities made the place feel lived in which can be rare for some Airbnb locations. Great HQ for your TC adventures!

Great place to stay. The place was spotless and also had a book that gave up options for things to do in the surrounding areas.

Tastefully done with excellent accommodations is definitely at the top of the list . As you enter you see the bathroom is tastefully decorated. The closet had a mop, bucket and iron and accommodations for your stay. Nice kitchen with nice stools. Comfortable living room and a nice large tv . I’m a fan of the railing going up the stairs, and the bed room was the chefs kiss. The closet has anything for children. An extra pull out bed, extra pillows and blankets. Feel like actually being home away from home. Location was close to everything! Great job, new fan .

Perfect location/space for two people. Everything we could need. Plus the washer & dryer was a great feature.

My husband & I wanted to try a little vacation getaway taking our 2 dogs. It was a very successful trip. We were grateful to find a place that allowed pets & it wasn’t an outrageous fee. The place was very clean. There was a binder w/ places to go & things to see & do. Plus info.about checking in & out & other friendly reminders. The bed was AMAZING & so comfy & so were the sheets (they were so soft). I liked the sheets so much I asked what kind they were! So you definitely won’t be disappointed there! The location to TART park was just a few mins away walking distance. It was nice to be so close to the park because we would take the dogs there for a bathroom break & a walk. We didn’t take them downtown to any restaurants but we did take them to 2 wineries that allowed dogs. Black Star Farms (about a 7 min drive) from the house. And then Bowers Harbor Vineyards (about 20 min drive from Black Star). If you want some awesome wings & cookies, especially the strawberry shortcake ones, definitely check out the Detroit Wing Company which is just a couple minute drive from the house. We ate there 2 nights in a row! They did have dog bowls,some dog toys & treats.They had kids books, a pack & play, a box fan, & a pull out bed, plus the couch turned into a sleeper sofa. I wouldn’t want to be there w/another couple bc it is a small space.The style of stair railings & the loft area I wouldn’t want my toddler there(even though they had a gate).Cute place though we would come back! 🐾

This property was modern and clean, with many comforts of home available. My husband and I stayed four nights with our dog and enjoyed the experience. Reserved parking was reassuring. The semi-suburban location made it easy to walk our dog as needed. Full kitchen amenities were convenient. A lofty bedroom was pleasant and privacy blinds were easy to use throughout. There were thoughtful extras on hand like beach towels and retired towels for dogs. The bathroom had typical hotel toiletries, which is always handy. The location was convenient. We could walk around the corner to a couple of casual restaurants that we really liked, and there are more around if you want to walk a few miles back and forth. It’s an approximate 10-15 minute drive to downtown shopping or the bottom of the Old Mission wine trail. Under an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes. I’m glad we selected this property for our travels.

We had a nice time enjoying traverse city and surrounding areas. Our hosts did a great job of making our stay comfortable. They answered our calls promptly. Our puppy was comfortable as well. We only wish that it was located in a better area. Overall we give it a 5 star!!

This was a perfect spot for my little family and I. My husband, 7 year old, 1 year old, infant and dog all fit comfortably. The amenities were perfect. The kids loved the books and toys, it kept them entertained. The provided dog amenities were so convenient so we didn’t have to lug all of the things from home. You’re a short drive to the beaches/parks/downtown. Communication was quick and easy with Coastal Management team. This was the perfect spot for a quick trip for my families first time in Traverse. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great property! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This was a last minute stop for us. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and tidy, and decorated just as the pictures described. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for a couple of guests. Only issue-someone set the heat to 50 degrees, so when we arrived late on a very snowy cold evening, it took the entire night to warm up the condo. Aside from this issue, we would stay again as the unit was very pleasant and in close proximity to downtown.

The rental was very clean and felt like home. I loved that they amenities for dogs as well.

Great place close to town. There is some road noise being close to a busy street. Heat takes time in the cold months. This place had everything you need.

Adam was a great host. Super helpful and responsive. The loft is well localized close to downtown and easy access to everything. It’s a new place very well maintained and with more amenities than we expected. Highly recommended!

Really nice place, had everything we needed and very quiet location. You won't have to stop for any travel essentials, everything was provided(toothbrush, toothpaste, ect.) which was so nice! Host was nice and very responsive. Would definitely book again this summer.

Adam was incredibly communicative and the space was incredibly clean. The location was fantastic as it wasn’t too busy but was close enough to everything downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place- highly recommend

After reading all the reviews about how good and attentive the host is, I was surprised to see how that was not the case with us. We texted a few times about important and time sensitive issues and we did not get a response until the next day, if at all. He did keep sending messages towards the end of our stay asking if we were going to give him a 5 star review. If not, to talk with him directly. The shower was way too small, no dresser or anything at all in the bedroom to place your things at. The closet was so full, we couldn't even hang our clothes in there. Or store anything in there for that matter. Otherwise, the place is cute, fully stocked and very clean. We just wish he was a better host to us.

An awesome place to stay and great location! The burger place down the street is absolutely incredible! The road noise was pretty bad though so make sure you bring a sound machine.

The location was great! We went to sleeping bear dunes, old mission point and the cherry festival right in town. The place was very clean even though we booked the same day!! Made us feel just at home!

Cute and cozy loft within biking/ walking distance of downtown. Quick ride to the local bakery and grocery store. Very quite considering its close to a busy road. We felt right at home. The master bed was so comfortable! The kids slept great on the roll away and sleeper sofa. I was a little worried because my son is allergic to dogs and its a pet friendly rental. But the place was spotless and he didnt have any issues! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Adam’s place. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Close to downtown traverse. Easy to find and easy to check in. We brought our dog and they had a ton of extra stuff there to use in case we forgot something. A couple of nearby brewery/restaurants that are walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. One of the best qualities of this airbnb is its location. It’s less than 10 minutes from downtown, Pirates Cove, the beach, and several breweries. Not to mention it’s quite a cozy stay, especially for a couple. With that being said, we did run into a couple issues. The first being there was a red/brown stain on the comforter. The other being there was dog hair almost everywhere. We pulled back the sheets on the bed and it was covered in dog hair. Later we went to watch Netflix and the sheets in the pullout bed also contained dog hair. Finally, some of the towels in the bathroom had dog hairs in them. We understand that this location is pet friendly, however it’s something you’d think the cleaners would notice. I wouldn’t let our experience deter you from giving this location a shot. It honestly was well worth the stay. Our issues weren’t deal breakers and could have just been a fluke. Overall we had a great time and look forward to visiting again!

Perfect cozy airbnb, incredibly tidy and easy to get into. After a week on the road and staying at different airbnbs this one was definitely the most homey feeling. Everything you could ever need was available, including board games and a big tv for entertainment! Laundry machines were a very welcome bonus. Thank you for having us!

This was a lovely little townhouse perfect for a single person or a couple. I enjoyed the area, it was close to everything, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I would just note that there's only one parking spot, which worked out fine for me but something to be aware of. 10/10 super cute and very cozy.

A comfortable and stylish little loft condo with plenty of amenities! We had everything we needed at our fingertips, and the host was informative and communicative. The bed was a little soft for our liking, but something we quickly got used to during our lovely stay.

Our stay was great! We decided for a last minute get away to see the colors up north and Adam was very responsive from the beginning. The place is in a great location. Walking distance to some restaurants and a park nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that the parking is super tight if you have a larger car and the shower is really, really small. We’d overall definitely stay here again! We appreciated all the amenities included such as toiletries and board games to play at night.
